• Conduct routine receiving and stock quality inspections on fresh food items to ensure compliance with product specifications
• Report quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and record keeping
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve quality standards
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as specified by the supervisors

Do you have experience in Quality control?

• HKCEE or HKDSE holder or above
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Shift duty and working on Sundays and public holidays
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Working Hours: 7:00 - 16:00 or 9:00 - 18:00, 5.5 working days per week

Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
