E-commerce Administrator

Is this your next challenge in e-commerce? 

The challenge is to: 

• Maintain and update the e-commerce item master by accurate adding new products, managing photo libraries, modifying existing product details, and ensuring accurate categorization.

• Manage system range by monitoring and adjusting the availability of products on our e-commerce platform.

• Configure online promotion settings and promotional coupons.

• Maintain inventory settings to ensure adequate stock levels.

• Co-ordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate configuration settings and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to system configurations, to ensure smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform.

• Make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.

Do you have experience in e-commerce/data analysis? 

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage system configurations and maintain accurate data.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely updates on system configurations.

• Fast learner able to quickly pick up how to use new systems and functions.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.

• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.

• Previous experience in administrative work is preferred.
