Operations Supervisor (Fresh Food Production)

The Job

• Ensure the daily work schedule and planning is performed with reference to the department standard
• Ensure the products (in and out) comply to the set specification
• Inventory management
• Maintain a hygienic, tidy and safe working environment according to company standard
• Organize members deployment
• Monitor the team members performance in relation to the job objectives
• Ensure to comply with all company policies and procedures
• Any other duties relevant to the post, which may from time to time assigned by the department head

The Person

• Higher diploma or above preferable in food science, industrial engineering, production management or related disciplines
• Min.3 years’ supervisory experience in Production, preferably from Food & Beverage industry
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with good analytical skill
• Good people management and communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese, English is an advantage
• Hands on MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing

• Working Hours: 22:00 to 06:45, 5.5 Days per week
• Work Location: Tseung Kwan O
