The Job

• Assist in the formulation, assessment and selection of the communication and segmentation strategy to attract and retain the customer 
• Execute customer promotions independently according to the CRM plan developed, and communicate via various channels including ATL, instore and member communication channels
• Analyse the promotion effectiveness on different segment promotion and provide insights and recommendations
• Provide administrative supports to the team 

The Person

• Bachelor degree in Communications or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in related fields or marketing experience is beneficial
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• A team player, detail-minded, independent with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sales drive
• Fast learner with good analytical skills, good communication and presentation skill
