The Job

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and Commercial team to execute key launches of Own Brand new products/revamp existing products driving the Own Brand participations in the business
• Monitor and analyse market intelligence to identify strategies for boosting customers' shifting to Own Brands
• Analyse sales and promotional data for generating insights towards promotion effectiveness
• Seamless coordination with Commercial and Operations teams as well as the rest of the Marketing team on day-to-day Own Brand execution and new initiatives
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

The Person

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' marketing experience especially in FMCG or retail industries is highly preferred
• Creative, adaptable, high learning agility, self-motivated, results-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced organization
• An open-minded self-starter with abilities to handle multiple projects under a tight schedule
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
