Brand Marketing Head

The Job

Brand Strategy

  • Lead brand activation and be able to land the brand concept from strategy to execution
  • Provide strategic guidance, planning and training support for brand activation and continuous development of existing brands and the introduction of new ones
  • Own and develop expression strategy, brand content calendar and annual customers plan calendar
  • As a reference brand advocate and gatekeeper, build and deliver plans to develop a stronger brand awareness, advocacy and compliance among Dairy Farm teams (from above the line communication to store level POSM)
  • Plan and execute all brand communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Drive the assessment of the brands’ equity and performance, identify the brand’s barriers and recommend improvements to reinforce the brand’s messages and awareness among target customers to constantly create differentiation
  • Leverage on the own brand products to drive brand equity and good value propositions
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing / CRM & Digital Marketing / Own Brand Marketing teams on a cohesive plan and execution

Store Branding

  • Lead the development of major visual merchandising innovations and refurbishment projects, proactively proposing innovative and differentiated ideas to improve store image and visuals
  • Develop guidelines for on the design execution and store execution

The Person

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years of marketing experience especially in brand marketing and brand equity
  • Strong in stakeholder management, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
  • Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
