The Job: 

  • Manage Automatic Ordering parameters and Store Allocations to achieve targets for availability (out-of-stocks) and inventory (stock cover)
  • Forecast demand at the total chain level and plan allocations accordingly
  • Assist with roll-out of centralised replenishment (Automatic Ordering and Allocations)
  • Produce, interpret and act upon reports
  • Communicate closely with the Commercial and Store Operations teams to plan replenishment and respond to feedback
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


The Person:

  • HKCEE or HKDSE holder or above (University graduate in a quantitative discipline preferred)
  • Good command of spoken and written English (Chinese preferred but not required)
  • Fresh graduates and those with store experience are welcome to apply (1-2 years’ experience in Grocery or FMCG Supply Chain is preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently to analyze problems, identity root causes, and resolve problems
  • Passionate about providing great availability to our customers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
