The Job

  • Provide property administrative support to the team
  • Handle leasing agreement; contract/ licences renewal
  • Updating tenancy particular for the group
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure project achievement
  • Maintain and produce regular business reports
  • Handle travel arrangements, coordinate meetings
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required


The Person

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Property Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ or above relevant experience
  • Experience in handle leasing agreement; contract/licenses renewal with in depth knowledge in negotiating and amending the commercial and general terms of the lease/ license agreement;
  • Proactive working attitude and good problem solving skill;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and attend to details;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Candidates with working experience in legal firm who possess such skills in handling lease documents will also be considered
